June 1998

After many years of professional services as a civil engineer, Mr Munasi Herman, finally resigns from his formal employment and founded in Munasi Civil Contractors in 1998. The business fully starts functioning and getting civil and construction projects. Munasi Civils aslo attracted and hired experienced, qualified and professional business administrators, engineers and technical personnel.

June 2003

With a job welldone at the Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport, Limpopo Department of Roads and Transport awarded Munasi Civils the project at Polokwane International Airport. Like wise Munasi Civils, handles the projects through its top notch engineers and administrators. The results is a marvelous runways that has excelled from the previous project done at the Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport for Aviation company of South Africa

May 2008

The South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) has awarded the seven contracts, worth over R11 billion, for the first phase (125,5 km) of the Gauteng Freeway Improvement Project. GFI Contractors Joint Venture (WBHO, Sanyati Construction, Rainbow Construction, Glash Construction, Munasi Civil Contractors, Patula Construction) was awarded Work Package B (21 km), consisting of the N1 Section 20 between 14th Avenue and Buccleuch Interchanges. The project is handed over on 31 May 2010.

2014

At Venetia Mine under De beers, Munasi Civils completes the Airport runway Rejuvenation for a R1 047 490.74 as the main contractor.

February 2000

Munasi Civils is awarded a tender by ACSA (Aviation company of South Africa), to build, maintain and repair the Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport runway. The projects is concluded and handed over to ACSA, on time, within budget and best of all, quality and safer runways built with satisfaction of ACSA.

April 2004

In what appears to be a brace, Aviation company of South Africa being overly satisfied with Munasi Groups work at the previous two Airports, (Oliver Reginald Tambo International Airport and Polokwane International Airport), Munasi Civils also constructs, repair and maintain the Pilanesburg International Airport

Feb 2013

Munasi Civil Contractors has been awarded the tender by De Beers to build a school for the Musina Local Municipality. The school construction is already underway and Munasi is has been appointed main contractor fro the tender.

2014

Yet again, Sanral apoints Munasi Civils and WBHO to widen the N1 Gauteng freeway for a two year period valued at R57 000 000
